The kids & I have been busy packing up our house. We know our next place will be smaller, so we need to downsize too. Everything we pack we decide if we need this, or can we sell or donate it? We have donated a lot!! Sold some too.

WOW!! You have been very busy! I have just caught up with all of your news. Good luck with all of your new plans, and you already look like you're underway with the renovations of your new farm house. What a beautiful spot! All that hard work will pay off in the end :) Lisa
